My site has been going for a little over a year now and I’ve never had any real comments, just those horrible spam ones that get biffed by the spamerator software as soon as they encroach on my cyber space territory.
I’ve waited and hoped to get some real comments, but to no avail. Even installed entrecard to see if I could get comments, but that just made me feel used, so its gone again. And no, I’ve not advertised or pushed my site around, just doesn’t feel right to me.
You would think Les, the love of my life, would leave a comment when he visits, but no, 
he’s happy to just read and run. Oh well. He tells me what he thinks to my face, but I’d like it on my site too! Why don’t men get it? I leave comments on his sites all the time afterall.
Well, a few posts ago, I wrote about my family taking the time to visit. Well, my mum was brave enough to venture through cyber space to see what I’ve been upto. And she left a comment!!!!!! Did you hear that sound? That was me falling off my chair in shock!
Not only did my computer wary mother find her way to my site, but she worked out how to leave a comment which really made my day. This one comment has turned into a string of comments, that even Les has joined as well.
It doesn’t matter that my family are the only ones leaving comments as I just want to feel as though my world is being seen by someone, anyone!
Ok, climbing back on my perch again. Got other online work to do.
