About this time last year, we were all excited as Ayla lost her first
tooth. Willow, who was 4 at the time, got upset because she wanted to lose a tooth so the Tooth Fairy would come and visit her too.
A year on, and Willow has lost her first tooth. While doing the whole brushing teeth before bed routine, the little tooth tumbled out of her mouth and hit the floor.
It was on! The hunt of the week! A tiny white tooth, with slight blood coating alone on bone coloured tiles. Add in 7 sets of feet, and it certainly makes for an interesting hunt. After a few minutes, the elusive tooth was found.
We now have a very proud Willow with a gappy smile. Her tooth is in a temporary home pending an inspection from the Tooth Fairy. When I
manage to get out next, I will definitely be buying Willow a special hidey hole for her teeth.
To continue the tooth stories, Ayla has now lost 4 of hers. All on the bottom, and all leaving big gaps. As yet, the top teeth are still stuck fast, but it is just a matter of time before they join in the tumbling.
More tooth stories. And if you have never been a nursing mum, you won’t understand this, but OUCH! Aralia takes great delight in leaving teeth marks.
