I’ve just found out how hot it got in our little town (Gympie) today! 
Are you ready for this? Might need to be sitting down…..
The maximum temperature for Thursday 1st January 2009 in Gympie was….40 degrees celcius.
Not hot….much!!!!!!!!!! Put it this way, I will be able to have a warm shower, just by turning the cold tap on!
Ok, unscheduled post. Just thought I would share how hot it got in my little town.
Well, he likes to think he is.
Earlier today, he turns to me and says ‘I think this is the hottest day of the year’. To my surprise, I was able to cotton onto what he was saying quickly and realised that he was right and being silly at the same time.
He is right because it is January 1st 2009, and he is silly because he thought to say it in the first place.
Don’t you just love men? Well, I love my man any way.
